This 4-week course is designed to improve the awareness in your thoughts, manage your emotions, creating healthy boundaries while finding joy in your everyday life.
Come learn new strategies to make your life more rewarding:
- Learn to be aware of your Thoughts and how to “flip the script.”
- Emotions are part of you and meant to be felt. I’ll teach you how to develop your own emotional health plan.
- We all struggle with how to set and control our own boundaries. Identify your boundary property lines to create healthy Actions for yourself in ALL your relationships.
- Self-care is critical to your well-being and often neglected, so put yourself FIRST to be the Best & Beautiful You possible.
