According to sleephealth.org, 70% of Americans say they get insufficient sleep at least one night a month. I’m sure you already know insufficient sleep is endemic in our country. And because sufficient sleep is as vital as the air we breathe and the food we eat, the harm from not getting enough does more damage than you’d think. Naturally, I’m telling you this because I have a solution that changed my life – and want to share it with you. (My husband Scott has already benefited from this!)
By now you know I’m willing to experiment with products to make life better. Due to the chronic problems I’ve had in getting a good night’s sleep, I’d tried everything I could find. This includes meditation, prescription, and non-prescription drugs – even “natural” remedies like Melatonin. The results ranged from no pep due to lack of sleep – to that “hangover” feeling from stronger meds. So my days were still tired and my nights lacked good sleep.
