Christmas isn’t far off!

“You can find joy in your life, regardless of the choices others around you make.” If you read last month’s blog, you know this statement marks a shift in how we find our own internal “Joy” button…even when others are hitting the ‘drama’ or ‘chaos’ channel. It marks the beginning of how we regain control of our lives – and how to set boundaries so we can love others freely.

Here’s what we can do.

It doesn’t matter how independent we are; we still need people. “No man is an Island” was published as a poem by John Donne in 1694. It’s still true today. We all need people, and whether you call it a community or a village, it’s critical to foster healthy relationships.

Maybe you are wondering how do I know who to include?

Timing can be everything. For example, my husband, Scott. We recently celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary. Fun fact, Scott and I knew each other many years ago. He even proposed back then, and if I had been ready at the time, we would be celebrating our 39th anniversary!

Next month, I’ll share how and why things worked out for the best.

And while you’re waiting, explore and register for an upcoming T.E.A. course. It’s designed to empower everyone, regardless of their current community or network. Learn the powerful connection between your Thoughts that are guiding your Emotions and influencing your Actions, and how this understanding can propel you forward. This course offers practical strategies that you can apply in your everyday life.

As always, if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me or call/text me at 480-684-2866.
