Having an attitude of gratitude every day makes quite a difference in how you feel inside…and then it pours to the outside!! We smile more, walk lighter, etc…I remember a challenge that was given to me at the beginning of my healing journey and now I get to share this gem with you….for every person that hurt you and made you angry, find 2 reasons to be thankful for them…what did you learn and what would you not have if it were not for them…(for example a few of mine were my son, learning to eat at a fancy restaurant, my life, etc)…so when something, someplace, a song. etc reminds you of them…and you know it will..you will be grateful instead of hateful…and it works!!!! Try it…and keep the attitude of gratitude each and every day!!
