Last month, I shared a few of the changes I decided to make in my life. I also feel anxiety when driving, and I realized I still have unresolved trauma from my past. I needed to go back to therapy.

I have begun seeing a new therapist.  There is no stigma in seeking assistance.  Most times, it’s what is needed and necessary to move on in our lives.

What are you doing with your life?

My T.E.A. course is progressing, and the new job is good. In spite of this, there are times when I need additional support with my journey.

On a recent trip to Sedona, where my sister (not by blood – if you have read my story) and I bonded. I also found the presence of water to help me stay grounded and face what life keeps throwing at me.

During a conversation with the therapist, I broke down while I acknowledged the impact my birth mother and father continue to have on my life. These proactive steps lead to empowerment and positive change. I needed to let go of past trauma, and we started brain spotting. (Feel free to contact me if you want to learn more about this.)

What would doing something different in your life look like? One of my former T.E.A. students purchased the course for her daughters. She saw the benefits for herself and realized this was something she had never taught her children. I encourage you to look at the questions on the link, and if you’re still unsure, talk to me. You may find this to be a wonderful alternative. The next course is virtual on Monday evenings from October 6th – 27th. Get registered!! I look forward to “seeing” you there!!

And speaking of moving on, do you know we are only three months away from Christmas? Once again, Avon has extensive options for presents for others…and yourself.  Unwrap the Joy with Avon!!
