I grew up believing I wasn’t a worthy person. My misconceptions were based on traumatic experiences in a society where the opportunities to thrive were out of my reach. Even with occasional glimpses of what could be; it took the grace and love of the Trinity to help me recognize my self-worth.  Through a community of loving people and programs based on scripture, I now believe in myself and see what I can accomplish. This is not the only path for growth, but without Jesus, I would never have had the ability to build the productive, insightful woman I am today…and continue to be.

Words from my pastor Perry Emerick…In the essentials, unity; in non-essentials, liberty; and in all things Grace (or charity).
