For 48 years of my life, I said “yes” to people. Not because I wanted to – but because I was afraid of not being loved. This realization is just one of the ‘aha’ moments I gained from Boundaries.

Boundaries programs are widely available and for good reason. They give you a safe place to talk about relationships, what it means to be in healthy relationships, and how to find balance with others. That balance is only achieved when you can say no at those times when “no” is the right response.

And there’s so much more.

Boundaries gave me multiple insights on how to grow and feel the intimacy of healthy connections to others. In future blogs, I will share more of the “ahas” I learned, how they impacted my life, and most important – how they can help you.
