TEA for YOU, TEA for 2 – TEA even For a Group!

Once again, we’re experiencing extremely hot temperatures this summer. Then there’s the political climate. I think we can agree it feels hotter than usual as well! So how are you dealing with the heat? Are you feeling more stressed than usual?

If so, I believe you’ll find this blog will offer you relief and give back some of the control you may feel you have lost.

If you read my June blog, you know that Scott and I had some extra drama while moving – and saw how we worked things out. July was a good time to introduce you to new products that help your skin withstand everyday stress. This was for your outside beauty.

Now it’s time to return to inside beauty…and what TEA can do for you. Let me start by giving you some feedback I received from earlier sessions.

Virtually 100% have said TEA met or exceeded their expectations. I also had some excellent suggestions on how to improve the experience. I value this feedback highly.

Let me share some direct quotes I received based on what people learned…

“I feel the class focuses on major keys that play a huge role in our emotional health.”

“Self-care is healthy and actually part of having healthy boundaries. I didn’t connect those 2 together before.”

Here’s one of my favorite takeaways…

“Don’t let other people overwhelm your life or your schedule.”

I hope this small sample gives you some idea of what TEA has done for them.

Did you know this course is not only for individuals? I’m also hearing from groups. Already one person has contacted me about working with her local organization. She believes “…this would be a great course for our staff and also for our families.” She’s not the only one.

It’s exciting to share the impact TEA has on participants. I have courses set up for September via Zoom and October in person. However, in November and December, I will offer classes for groups only. Here’s the TEA link to view the current schedule and see what TEA can do for you. You can also contact me or call/text me at 480-684-2866 for group details.
